By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following T&C's:

* Our studio is not sound proof. Please be considerate of our neighbours and please keep this in mind for content creation. While the studio is suitable, some street noise from time to time can be heard.
* Pets are not allowed on the premises.
* Confetti, glitter or popping champange is not permitted on the premises.
* Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture.
* Please return all furniture and props to their orignial position before leaving.
* Bump in and out time is strict and overtime rates apply outside your booking time. Please allow yourself time to set up and pack down.
* Some cleaning supplies have been provided. Please leave the studio in the condition it was provided to you. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $65.00 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge.
* The studio is accessible by wheelchair and other forms of mobility assistance with the exception of the upstairs mezzanine. Wheelchair accessable restrooms are provided.
* On-site guest parking. There is room onsite for 1 vehicle to be parked in the front carpark (in front of the studio). All other vehicles are to be parked on the street.
* There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your entire booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection.
* There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
* Private storage is marked on the floor plan. Guests are not to touch any items in this area.
* Most props and furniture require a minimum of two people to safely lift. Please note, staff will not be onsite to assist with this, please ensure you have enough help to do this safely yourself.
* Please do not drag the furniture as it may damage the floor.
* Movable walls have lockable wheels at the base. Please ensure these are not locked/unlocked with your hands as they can cause injury. We suggest doing this with your feet. Ensure suitable footwear is worn.
* Any damage to furniture and/or props will be charged to the guest at a reasonable market rate.
* Please note our props are a mixture of carefully curated second hand and new items. They are subject to change. If a certain piece is required, please reach out to hello@shiftcontentstudio.com.au to ensure availability.
* No smoking is permitted in or on the premises.
* Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
* Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bags provided and take off-site.
* Guests may cancel their booking until 3 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees and deposits) of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 2 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund if paid in full (excluding fees) of their booking price, however, guests will forfeit any deposit paid. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. There are no refunds for unused time.
* Shift Content Studio reserves the right to refuse booking requests. If any fees or deposits have been paid, these will be refunded to the guest.
